黑龙江生态工程职业学院成立以后,学院由成人高校转型为普通高校,如何把生态工程职业学院办成“规模适度,结构合理,特色鲜明,质量优良”的规范化高职学院,是我院确定的近期发展目标,是摆在全院教职工面前的重大课题,为此,我院做了积极的、有益的探索。一、转变观念,加大投入,奠定基础为改变成人高校的办学模式,建设全新的高职学院,我院注重抓了以下几项工作:一是认清形势,明确方向,把学院的工作重点转移到高职办学上来。用全新的理念面对高职,充分利用业已举办的四届高职班,抓住机遇,为生态工程学院的办学积累经验、奠定基础;二是深化学院内部改革,在管理体制上,实行党委领导下的院长负责制,系部(处)以下干部实行公开选拔、择优录用的聘任制,工人实行全员劳动合同制,后勤实行企业化管理,建立了以教师为主体的教职工代表大会制度,人人都为学院发展献计献策;三是在办学中,
