目的：测定不同产地黄芪中黄芪甲甙含量。方法：高效液相色谱法。采用ＹＷＧＣ１８柱，乙腈水（１∶２３）为流动相，检测波长为２０３ｎｍ。结果：不同产地黄芪中黄芪甲甙含量差异很大。该法平均回收率为９６１％，ＲＳＤ为２１５％（ｎ＝５）。结论：本法快速，简便，准确，适用于黄芪药材的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of Astragaloside in Astragalus from different areas. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography. Using YWG C18 column, acetonitrile water (1: 2 3) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength of 203nm. Results: Astragalus from different areas of astragaloside content varies greatly. The average recovery rate was 96.1% with a RSD of 215% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple and accurate and is suitable for the quality control of Radix Astragali.
