黑龙江是世界最大的界河之一,地跨中国、俄罗斯和蒙古三国,从发源地到鄂霍次克海,全长4344公里(包括额尔古纳河)。黑龙江流域包括我国东北地区,俄罗斯远东地区的大部和蒙古的东部,流域面积187万平方公里。笔者就黑龙江航运的开发利用做一探讨。
Heilongjiang is one of the largest boundary rivers in the world, covering a total length of 4,344 kilometers (including the Erguna River) across China, Russia and Mongolia, and from its place of origin to the Sea of Okhotsk. Heilongjiang River Basin, including China’s northeast region, most of Russia’s Far East and east of Mongolia, drainage area 1.87 million square kilometers. The author of the development and utilization of shipping in Heilongjiang make a discussion.
