在供水管井施工中,大口径铸铁井管深井成井时,下井管是关键的一道工序。多年来一直采用夹板下管,在下管过程中用扳手反复紧松夹板螺丝,工作繁琐、效率低,劳动强度大、又不安全。为了改进下管工艺,我们设计制作了一套下管器,经实践使用效果很好。其优点:①可以提高成井工艺质量;②改善了劳动条件,降低劳动强度;③下管安全可靠;④下管速度快、效率高、避免了孔内事故。所以使用下管器下管具有明显的经济效益,值得推广使用。
In the construction of water supply pipe wells, downhole pipe is a key process when large-diameter cast-in-hole wells are drilled into deep wells. Over the years, the splint tube has been used, and the splint screws are loosened and tightened repeatedly during the down tube process. This is cumbersome, inefficient, labor-intensive, and unsafe. In order to improve the downpipe process, we designed and manufactured a set of downpipes that have been used in practice. Its advantages: 1 can improve the quality of well process; 2 improve the working conditions and reduce labor intensity; 3 safety and reliability of the lower tube; 4 lower tube speed, high efficiency and avoid hole accidents. Therefore, using the lower tube of the lower tube has obvious economic benefits and is worthy of promotion.
