研究了用ＨＳ型沉淀剂快速沉降湿法浓磷酸中的淤渣和黑色素，获得了１ｄ可使９５％的淤渣和全部黑色素完全沉降的效果。用其澄清液生产的饲料磷酸钙（ＣａＨＰＯ４）为白色，淤渣中的磷损＜０．５９％，沉降淤渣后的杂质脱除率为２３．９％（ＭｇＯ）和９０．４％（ＣａＯ）。该法可供磷酸浓缩后的净化、饲钙ＣａＨＰＯ４和磷酸五钠生产过程中湿法磷酸的净化等工艺选用，已成功地应用于荆襄磷化公司５万吨／年饲钙工程。
The effect of precipitating 95% sludge and total melanin completely on 1 day was studied by using HS precipitant to rapidly sediment the sludge and melanin in wet concentrated phosphoric acid.
