甘肃农垦系统现有山楂5000余亩,年产鲜果约6万公斤,是目前省内山楂栽培面积较大,产量较高的产区。生产中主栽品种有辽红、金星、敞口等,但多年来对其果实营养成分一直尚无分析。为此,我们对这些品种进行果实营养成分分析,以期为山楂的综合开发、合理利用提供依据。材料和方法1990年10月上旬,在平凉垦区国营万宝川农场山楂生产国内,采集树冠外围中上部果枝上充分成熟的辽红、金星、敞口山楂果实若干,并以辅栽品种磨盘为对照。于采收次日送交西北农大中心化验室分析测定。测定内容及方法如下:氨基酸种类及含量,用6NHCl,110℃水解22小时后,以121MB型氨基酸分析仪测定;Vc含量用850萤光分光光度计测定;总糖和单宁含量以UVIKON810型紫外可见分光光度计测定;总酸度用滴定法测定;果胶酸含量采用重量法测定;
