职后教育是职业教育的重要组成部分,职前教育与职后教育并举,是职业学校提升内涵发展的重要举措。有利于学校规模的稳定,有利于教学内容的更新,有利于双师型师资队伍的建设。要将职后教育纳入规划、专设岗位,鼓励教师向职后培训岗位转移;要采取灵活的培训模式;要开发适应市场需求的培训内容,注重培训质量的提高。要形成学历教育与职工培训教育并举,职前与职后教育相互补充、相互促进的新局面。
