用碘液吸收法及热天平法研究了高锌铜精矿硫酸化焙烧的动力学过程。表明:反应在头50分钟内已基本完毕。反应复杂,是一组三级反应。其表观活化能约为4.76大卡/克分子,过程的决定步骤在扩散区。
The kinetics of sulfated roasting of high zinc copper concentrate was studied by iodate absorption and thermometry. Show that: the reaction in the first 50 minutes has been basically completed. The reaction is complex and is a set of three-level reactions. The apparent activation energy of about 4.76 kcal / mole, the decision-making process in the diffusion zone.
