OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of combined interferon gamma and mucosolvan inhalation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, and to confirm its clinical value. Methods: A total of 118 patients with chronic bronchial exacerbation who were treated in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 59 cases in each group by random number table. Start inhalation therapy. The control group was treated with mucosolvan solution, and the observation group was treated with interferon gamma and mucosolvan atomizing solution. The curative effect, compliance, symptoms, signs and subsidence time of the two groups were compared. Results: In the control group, 28 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 79.7%. In the observation group, 34 cases were markedly effective, 22 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 94.9% 79.7% of the control group, and the difference was significant; the observation group was also significantly better than the control group in the subsided time and treatment compliance of symptoms and signs, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Oxygen-activated inhalation combined with interferon gamma and mucosolvan can treat acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis with good curative effect, which can shorten the time of symptom remission and improve the treatment compliance of patients, and is suitable for clinical popularization and application.
