2010年8月,润州区教育局各科室长和中小学校长39人参加“北京师范大学教育家型校长高级研修班”学习并结业。这次“北京师范大学教育家型校长高级研修班”开设的主要课程有:《构建学习型组织,促进教师主动发展》《当代校长的历史使命》《课堂教学本质与好课评析》《教师素质提高与教师专业化》《校长的综合素养与办学效能》《让基础教育回归本真》。
