[目的]探讨桉黄生肌止痒软膏对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤愈合作用的相关机理。[方法]采用大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,创面分别外用高、中、低剂量桉黄生肌止痒软膏,以凡士林为阴性对照组,磺胺嘧啶银为阳性对照组。通过伤后不同时间点取创面取材,检测烫伤创面羟脯氨酸(HOP)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。[结果]经生化检测HOP、MDA含量及SOD活性,高、中、低剂量桉黄生肌止痒软膏组及磺胺嘧啶银组与凡士林组相比差异有统计学意义,其中高、中剂量组与磺胺嘧啶银组无明显差异。[结论]桉黄生肌止痒软膏具有促进烧烫伤创面愈合作用,其主要机理为促进创面成纤维细胞生长,抑制脂质过氧化反应,上调创面抗氧化能力。
[Objective] To explore the mechanism of the healing effect of Qihuang Shengji Zhiyang ointment on deep second degree scald in rats. [Methods] Deep second degree scald model was used in rats. The wounds were treated with high, medium and low doses of Zhihuang Shengji Zhiyang ointment. Vaseline was the negative control group and silver sulfadiazine was the positive control group. Wound wounds were taken at different time points after injury to detect the content of hydroxyproline (HOP), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in burn wounds. [Results] After biochemical detection of HOP, MDA content and SOD activity, the difference between high-, medium-, and low-dose Xihuang Shengji Zhiyang ointment group and silver sulfadiazine group was significantly higher than that of Vaseline group, among which high and medium dose group There was no significant difference from the sulfadiazine silver group. [Conclusion] Qihuang Shengji Zhiyang ointment can promote wound healing of burns and burns, and its main mechanism is to promote the growth of fibroblasts, inhibit lipid peroxidation, and up-regulate the antioxidation ability of wounds.
