森林是人类赖以生存的基础,长期以来在我国的法律中就有明确的规定,对森林的采伐进行采伐限额,这是管理森林采伐的有效手段,同时也有效的控制了森林采伐的数量,对我国森林的蓄积量和森林面积的增加起到了积极的作用。现对森林采伐限额制度存在的问题进行了分析,并进一步对完善现行森林采伐限额制度的具体措施进行了阐述。
Forests are the basis for human existence. For a long time, there are clear provisions in our country’s laws that the logging quotas on forest harvesting are effective measures for managing forest harvesting while effectively controlling the amount of forest harvesting. It has played a positive role in increasing the volume of forest and forest area in our country. At present, the existing problems of the system of quota of forest cutting are analyzed, and the concrete measures of perfecting the existing system of cutting quotas of forest are elaborated.
