从在职外语教师职业发展的必要性入手,提出职业发展要改变教师的教学理念,指出英语是学会的,而不是教会的;教师的角色要从纯粹的知识传递者转换为研究者。阐述了在职外语教师寻求职业发展有教学反思与自学这两种有效方法。
Starting from the necessity of the career development of foreign language teachers in service, this paper proposes that the professional development should change the teaching philosophy of teachers, pointing out that English is learned rather than the church; the role of teachers should be transformed from pure knowledge transferors to researchers. Expounds the effective method of teaching reflection and self-study of working foreign language teachers seeking career development.
