2011年夏天,黄埔军校历史研究者黄哲嗣先生得到了一张1949年陆军官校(黄埔军校)的《乘船证》,纸质油印的乘船证上有文字:“陆校第四军训班入伍生总队第二团,成斌字第壹捌陆号,乘船证,团长胡熀,民国三十八年八月×日发。”还钤印红色本团关防及团长名章。黄先生依“陆校第四军训班”之名判断,这张《乘船证》应为由大陆去台湾乘船所用。尽管一时难以考证壹捌陆号持有者是谁,但黄先生不久却意外地从《入伍生总队回忆录》中得到了对第二团乘船日期及受训始末的解读。请看黄先生从一张黄埔军校乘船证引出对台湾时期黄埔办军官训练班的考证:
