从报社层面重视年轻记者队伍的成长,力度是很大的。从这次座谈会,还有前一阶段的年轻记者培训班,以往多次举办的座谈会,都能看出来。这实际为年轻人的成长提供了好的条件和环境,我们大家应该格外珍惜。1、把握五年黄金期:为年轻记者加快成长多给力一名记者进单位后,前几年的时间最为关键,这是很多同行总结出的经验。如何帮助年轻记者在这期间尽快熟悉、加快成长,作为部门来讲,负有最直接的责任。
