目的评价氧化应激在动脉瘤发生发展中的作用。方法复制兔顶端动脉瘤模型5个和侧方动脉瘤模型8个,以6段正常血管为对照。用化学方法检测标本中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和抗活性氧单位的水平。结果顶端动脉瘤和侧方动脉瘤标本中MDA含量分别为(33.85±8.66)和(27.87±5.78)nmol/mgprot,均显著高于对照组的(10.91±2.72)nmol/mgprot(P均<0.01);两种动脉瘤的SOD含量分别为(28.30±3.58)和(33.00±8.09)U/mgprot,均显著低于对照组(127.27±38.72)U/mgprot(P均<0.01);两种动脉瘤的抗活性氧单位含量分别为(47.86±5.00)和(62.64±13.87)U/mgprot,也均显著低于对照组(116.94±9.22)U/mgprot(P均<0.01)。顶端动脉瘤和侧方动脉瘤之间除抗活性氧单位具有显著差异(P=0.014)外,MDA和SOD均无统计学差异。MDA与SOD和抗活性氧单位呈显著负相关关系,相关系数分别为-0.830和-0.852(P<0.01)。结论氧化应激对血管造成的损伤可能在动脉瘤的发展过程中起重要作用。不同类型动脉瘤的氧化应激差异性不明显。
Objective To evaluate the role of oxidative stress in the development of aneurysms. Methods Five models of aortic aneurysm and eight lateral aneurysm models were duplicated, and 6 normal blood vessels were used as control. The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and anti-reactive oxygen species in the samples were detected by chemical methods. Results The contents of MDA in the apical aneurysm and the lateral aneurysm were (33.85 ± 8.66) and (27.87 ± 5.78) nmol / mgprot, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (10.91 ± 2.72 nmol / mgprot ). The SOD contents of the two aneurysms were (28.30 ± 3.58) and (33.00 ± 8.09) U / mgprot, both significantly lower than those of the control group (127.27 ± 38.72) U / mgprot The anti-active oxygen unit content of the tumor was (47.86 ± 5.00) and (62.64 ± 13.87) U / mgprot, respectively, also significantly lower than that of the control group (116.94 ± 9.22) U / mgprot (all P <0.01). There was no significant difference between MDA and SOD except that there was a significant difference (P = 0.014) between anti-reactive oxygen species and apical aneurysm and lateral aneurysm. There was a significant negative correlation between MDA and SOD and anti-active oxygen units, with correlation coefficients of -0.830 and -0.852 (P <0.01). Conclusion Oxidative stress on vascular injury may play an important role in the development of aneurysm. Different types of aneurysm oxidative stress difference is not obvious.
