受金融危机的冲击,全球经济持续低迷,中国旅游业却一枝独秀依旧蓬勃发展。来自中国旅游研究院的数据显示,2011年前三季度我国旅游总人数为20.8亿人次,同比增长12%;旅游总收入1.66万亿元,同比增长17%。12月26日,《中国旅游业“十二五”发展规划纲要》发布,国家旅游局党组成员、规划财务司司长吴文学透露,到2015年,旅游业总收入将达到2.5万亿元,年均增长率为10%。新时期的旅游产业有望成为我国转变增长方式、提升发展理念的新引擎。而正处于转型升级中的大珠三角,如何提升核心竞争力,休闲旅游业能否成为其未来发展的引领性产业?带着疑问,在2011年最后一天的上午,本刊社长杨明、副总编辑钱林霞专访了广东省社会科学院院长梁桂全研究员。
