为了认真贯彻执行国务院第150号令,维护国家对矿产资源的财产权益,加强对矿产资源补偿费的征收与管理,去年我们对全省矿产资源补偿费征收与管理工作进行了较为全面的调查。随后对调查的情况进行了综合整理和认真分析,并针对征收管理工作中存在的主要问题提出了几点对策,旨在促进全省矿产资源补偿费的征收管理工作健康、有序发展。一、全省矿产资源补偿费征管工作的基本情况1994年国务院第150号令《矿产资源补偿费征收管理规定》颁布实施后,我省及时制定了《湖北省矿产资源补偿费征收管理实施办法》(省政府72号令),并狠抓了贯彻落实,全省矿产资源
In order to conscientiously implement the State Council Decree No. 150, safeguarding the country’s property rights and interests in mineral resources and strengthening the collection and management of compensation fees for mineral resources, we conducted a more comprehensive survey of the collection and management of compensation fees for mineral resources throughout the province last year. Then, the situation of the investigation was comprehensively analyzed and carefully analyzed. And some countermeasures were put forward in view of the main problems existing in the collection and management work so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of collection and management of mineral resources compensation fees in the province. First, the basic situation of the province’s mineral resources compensation fee collection and management work 1994 State Council Order No. 150 “Regulations on the collection of mineral resources compensation fees,” promulgated and implemented, the province formulated a “Hubei Provincial Mineral Resources Compensation Fees Collection and Management Measures” ( Provincial Government Order 72), and pay close attention to the implementation of the province’s mineral resources
