On April 28, 2013, the Ministry of Culture and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage held a symposium in Beijing commemorating the 115th anniversary of Mr. Zhang’s birth. Cai Wu, secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, minister of the CPC Central Committee, member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Culture and dean of the National Palace Museum attended the symposium and delivered speeches. The forum was chaired by Li Xiaojie, member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Culture, deputy minister and director of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. Zhang Boyui (1898-1982) is a famous older generation of cultural celebrities and patriotic democrats in China. He is a collector of connoisseurs, calligraphers, poetry scholars, and Beijing opera art researchers. He was born in the official family,
