国产200mA X线机不仅不能摄高电压胸片,而且是产生废片的主要机型。估计全国每年所摄尘肺胸片中有60万张以上废片。本研究设想通过工艺改造,将此型X线机改为输出125kV用以摄尘肺高电压胸片。可望大幅度提高一级片率,降低废片率。本研究通过重组高压系统及控制电路达到目的。现场试验结果示:摄高电压胸片结果满意,共摄片1707张,获一级片分别为45.7%和52.2%,废片率0.9%和2.3%。改造200mA X线机摄高电压尘肺胸片是现阶段的一条经济、实用解决现有低档机、提高胸片质量的方法,值得推广。
Domestic 200mA X-ray machine not only can not take high-voltage chest X-ray, and is the main model of scrap pieces. It is estimated that there are more than 600,000 pieces of scrap film taken in the national pneumoconiosis chestnuts each year. This study envisaged the process of transformation, this type of X-ray machine to output 125kV for high-pressure dust chest radiography. It is expected that the film rate will be greatly increased and the scrap rate reduced. This research achieves the goal through reorganizing the high voltage system and control circuit. The field test results showed that: high voltage chest radiograph results were satisfactory, a total of 1,707 films, a film was 45.7% and 52.2%, 0.9% and scrap pieces rate of 2.3%. Reconstruction of 200mA X-ray machine high voltage pneumoconiosis chest is an economical, practical solution to the existing low-end machine, improve the quality of the chest radiograph, it is worth promoting.
