本实验检查了ＤＣ－１５ＸＣ定喘固本浸药衫浸渍液的急性毒性、过敏性、刺激性，在允许的最高浓度、最大容量下，该浸渍液的小鼠、兔的最大耐量分别是人的３２０倍和１３０倍．在该剂量条件下未发现受试动物的体重、凝血时间、白细胞计数及分类，以及肝、心、肾、脾等实质性脏器的显著改变．刺激试验、过敏试验均获阴性结果．提示该浸渍液具有较高的安全性．
This experiment examined the acute toxicity, anaphylaxis, and irritation of the DC-15XC Dingchuangu Dip Drug Immersion Solution. Under the maximum concentration and maximum volume allowed, the maximal tolerance of the immersion solution in mice and rabbits was human. 320 times and 130 times. No significant body weight, clotting time, white blood cell count and classification, and significant changes in liver, heart, kidney, spleen and other organs were found under this dose condition. Irritation test, allergy test were negative results. It is suggested that the impregnating solution has high safety.
