我院自1987年到1988年5月对76例节育对象,施行了金属环夹节育术。经随访观察,获得满意效果。现将操作方法及随访结果报告如下: 临床资料一、一般资料:男性60例,年龄22～42岁,职业农民,均系从事重体力劳动。女性16例,年龄22～30岁,职业农民,从事体力劳动。术后连续随访,男性60例,仅发现腰背胀,输精管部酸胀痛各1例,均在2周内销失,未发现其妻子有节育术后再孕现象,无痛性结节、精子肉芽肿及输精管系统感染之症
