本文应用超声心动图测定左室收缩功能及舒张功能,并将正常人、冠心病心绞痛者、Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压患者三组进行比较,以观察各组左室功能变化。材料与方法一.对象: 1.冠心病组,共30例,男20例,女10例,平均年龄57.4岁。全部符合1979年WHO关于冠心病心绞痛型诊断标准。原发性心脏骤停型、心力衰竭型、心律失常型及心肌梗塞型不包括在本组范围。 2.高血压病组:共38例,男22例,女16例,平均年龄54.2岁。高血压按WHO诊断标准,选择Ⅰ、Ⅱ期病人,Ⅲ期者不包括在本组内。 3.正常对照组:共24例,男10例,女14例,平
In this paper, the left ventricular systolic function and diastolic function were measured by echocardiography. The normal subjects, patients with angina pectoris, stage I and II hypertensive patients were compared to observe the changes of left ventricular function. Materials and Methods 1. Subjects: 1. Coronary heart disease group, a total of 30 cases, 20 males and 10 females, with an average age of 57.4 years. All in line with the 1979 WHO on coronary heart disease angina diagnostic criteria. Primary cardiac arrest, heart failure type, arrhythmia type and myocardial infarction type are not included in the scope of this group. Hypertension group: a total of 38 cases, 22 males and 16 females, with an average age of 54.2 years old.
