目的 探讨螺旋CT多层面内插技术在后颅窝中的应用价值。方法 本组共 10 0例 ,正常 6 0例 ,病变 4 0例。同时接受常规CT和螺旋CT多层面内插 (MSSI)扫描。常规扫描 ,层厚 8 0~ 10 0mm ,MSSI扫描层厚 2 0~ 3 0mm ,螺距 1 0 ,内插宽度 3 0~5 Omm ,15例拟诊脑占位病变者作MSSI增强扫描。结果 MSSI扫描清除和部分清除放射状高密度区 92 % ,亨氏暗区 85% ,桥小脑角高密度区 84 %。MSSI清晰显示后颅窝正常解剖结构 :小脑半球和四脑室 10 0 %、桥脑 86 %、桥小脑角 85%。 6例较小病变在常规CT扫描中未发现 ,但在MSSI扫描后清楚显示。结论 螺旋CT多层面内插技术在消除后颅窝伪影 ,显示该区域正常解剖结构和轻微病变方面具有很高的应用价值
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in posterior fossa. Methods A total of 10 cases in this group, normal 60 cases, lesions 40 cases. Both conventional CT and spiral CT multi-level interpolation (MSSI) scanning. Conventional scanning, the thickness of 80 ~ 10 0mm, MSSI scan layer 20 ~ 30mm, pitch 10, the interpolation width 30 ~ 50mm, 15 cases of suspected lesions of the brain lesions MSSI enhanced scan. Results The MSSI scan cleared and partially cleared 92% of the radial high density area, 85% of the dark area of henna and 84% of the high density area of the cerebellopontine angle. MSSI clearly shows the normal anatomy of the posterior fossa: 100% of the cerebellar hemispheres and the fourth ventricle, 86% of the pons and 85% of the cerebellopontine angle. Six smaller lesions were not found in conventional CT scans, but were clearly shown after the MSSI scan. Conclusion Spiral CT multi-slice surface interpolation technique has high value in eliminating posterior fossa artifacts and showing normal anatomy and minor lesions in this area
