随着互联网的迅速发展,网购交易量与日俱增,也使快递业得到了蓬勃发展,然而伴随着快递业的迅猛发展,消费者的投诉量也日益增加。但在快递行业的消费者维权过程中,消费者往往处于不利地位,本文从快递行业的现状及其存在的问题、消费者的维权途径及其局限性、我国关于快递行业的法律及其不足来分析消费者维权困难的原因,以期加快完善我国快递行业的法律规制。
