十月的北京香山,风景格外迷人。来自农机战线的七十多位专家学者及在第一线工作的同志,在这里参加由中国农机学会和中国农业工程学会等四个学会联合召开的“农机化发展战略学术讨论会”。会议着重讨论三个问题:①农业现代化与农机化发展战略关系。②农村产业结构调整与农机化经营形式关系。③农机化发展战略重点与战略措施。讨论中涉及到一些值得重视的理论和实际问题。一、关于农业机械化的范围有的同志提出,农业机械化主要指第一产业(农业)的机械化,不能把商业运输和一切农产品加工都纳入农业机械化的范畴。
Beijing Fragrant Hills in October, the scenery is particularly charming. More than 70 experts and scholars from the front of the agricultural machinery field and comrades working in the front line attended the “Agricultural Mechanization Development Strategy Symposium” jointly held by four institutes, namely, China Agricultural Machinery Society and China Society of Agricultural Engineering. The meeting focused on three issues: ① agricultural modernization and agricultural development strategy. ② rural industrial restructuring and the relationship between the form of agricultural operation. ③ Agricultural Mechanization Development strategy focus and strategic measures. The discussion involved a number of theoretical and practical issues that deserved attention. I. The Scope of Agricultural Mechanization Some comrades suggested that agricultural mechanization mainly refers to the mechanization of the primary industry (agriculture) and can not include commercial transportation and processing of all agricultural products into the category of agricultural mechanization.
