人类和社会系统是一种处于不断活动的过程中的系统,因而它们被称为开放性系统。社会变革可以视为开放系统的一种需求,即需要阻止熵的增大并从无组织性中建立高度的有序性。涉及新的行为模式、新的态度与新的技术的社会变革进程称为革新。革新要能被社会所接受,它就必须满足社会的需求,符合社会的利益,并且与社会现存的价值观念以及哲学基本准则相兼容。人类社会正处于一个进入老龄化阶段的变化时期。人们必须认识和适应这种变化。必须在社会文化、资源分配和老年退休者政策等方面进行调整。研究表明,大多数老年人能够在改变社会系统方面发挥重要的作用。当今和未来的老龄化人口与当今和未来的社会、技术、经济、政治变革不可分割地被联系在一起。
Human and social systems are systems that are constantly moving, so they are called open systems. Social change can be seen as a requirement of an open system, namely the need to stop the increase of entropy and to establish a high degree of orderliness from unorganizedness. The process of social change involving new patterns of behavior, new attitudes and new technologies is called innovation. To be accepted by society, innovation must meet the needs of society, be in the interest of the community, be compatible with the existing values of society and basic philosophical norms. Human society is in a period of change into the aging stage. People must recognize and adapt to this change. Adjustment must be made in areas such as social culture, resource allocation and the policy of the elderly. Research shows that most older people can play an important role in changing the social system. The aging population today and in the future and the social, technological, economic and political changes of today and in the future are inseparably linked.
