随着社会经济的发展和商品住宅建设的飞速发展,在各项建筑工程中灌注桩后注浆施工技术得到了大范围的使用。在具体建筑工程实施操作中有利于提升建筑工程施工水平、最大限度上减少工程造价。本文以福州某广场为工程实例结合施工实践,阐述了高层建筑灌注桩后压浆技术在建筑工程施工中具体应用的技术要点,较大的提高了广场主体建筑桩基周边土层的稳定性和承载力基桩单桩的承载力,整个施工效果达到了预期效果,该技术具有很强的实际指导意义。
With the development of society and economy and the rapid development of commodity housing construction, grouting construction technology has been widely used in various construction projects. The implementation of specific construction projects in the operation will help enhance the level of construction projects, to minimize the project cost. In this paper, a square in Fuzhou is taken as an example to illustrate the practical application of post-grouting technology in construction of high-rise building bored piles, which greatly improves the stability of the soil surrounding the pile foundation of the main square building and Bearing capacity of single pile bearing capacity, the entire construction effect has reached the desired effect, the technology has a strong practical significance.
