运用AMESim软件建立了车辆1/4半主动悬架模型,然后采用批处理方法改变模型参数进行仿真结果比较和分析,优化悬架系统性能,为悬架的优化设计提供参考数据。结果表明采用仿真优化方法可以有效缩短产品开发周期、提高设计效率。
AMESim software was used to establish the vehicle semi-active suspension model, and then the batch method was used to change the model parameters to compare and analyze the simulation results to optimize the performance of the suspension system and provide reference data for the optimization design of the suspension. The results show that the simulation optimization method can effectively shorten the product development cycle and improve the design efficiency.
