记者不久前在江苏泰兴采访时,认识了一位名叫张斌的古筝老师。1993年他只身到泰兴开办了该市第一个少儿古筝培训班,至今已整10年。作为一个县级市古筝早期教育的业余老师,经过10年的积极探索,大胆尝试,已经取得了一些成就。他的古筝教室办得像模像样,学生们在当地经常举行一些音乐会,既锻炼了学生也活跃了地方文化活动。作为教师,个中的酸甜苦辣,体会良多。我们请他谈谈他的经验,希望可以给文化艺术活动不够活跃的地区的老师们(不只是古筝专业)一些启发。——编者
Reporter recently interviewed in Taixing, Jiangsu, met a teacher named zhang zheng. In 1993, he went to Taixing to set up the city’s first children zither training class, which has been for 10 years. As an amateur teacher of early education of guzheng at county level, after 10 years of active exploration and bold attempt, some achievements have been made. His guzheng classrooms are modest, students often hold some concerts in the area, both exercise the students also active local cultural activities. As a teacher, one of the ups and downs, experience a lot. We asked him to talk about his experience, hoping to give some inspiration to teachers (not only Guzheng major) in areas where arts and cultural activities are not active enough. --editor
