氟苯丙胺(N—乙基,三氟甲基苯乙胺)—安菲太明的赞代类似物,在人体能抑制食慾而不刺激中枢神经系统,可使高血压病人的血压降低,与几种抗高血压药有协同作用,但与利尿剂并用的这种效果尚未见报导。笔者在43例轻至中度高血压病人中选择9例肥胖病例,这些病例都对每日100mg氢氯噻嗪分次口服7周反应不佳。治疗前9例病人平均(±SEM)血压(收缩/舒张)为140±3/93+4mmHg,平均重量217±11磅,平均年龄36±4岁,定期测定心率,血压及血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)。
