我县广大工农兵和科技工作者,在毛主席关于“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大战略方针指引下,开展了利用松毛虫卵繁殖赤眼蜂防治稻纵卷叶螟的试验,取得了较好的效果。 据盆栽试验,用松毛虫卵培养的松毛虫赤眼蜂和螟黄赤眼蜂对稻纵卷叶螟卵的寄生率都在80%以上。 田间防治第二代稻纵卷叶螟每亩放蜂2—3万头,经6—7天后检查,卵寄生率比对照区高出37.0—41.2%,15天后卷叶虫密度比对照区下降75.4—100%,卷叶率下降60.4—78.3%。赤眼蜂可在稻田内继续繁殖,寄生下一代稻纵卷叶螟的卵。 利用松毛虫卵繁殖赤眼蜂,出蜂正常,蜂体大而活耀。据室内观察,对稻纵卷叶螟卵的寄生率在90%以上。一粒松毛虫卵平均可出螟黄赤眼蜂17.1头,出松毛虫赤眼蜂13.66头。松毛虫卵冷藏15—36天后,仍保持新鲜,不影响寄生率。

The use of pine trichome eggs breeding Trichogramma, a normal bee, large and lively bee. According to indoor observation, the rice leaf roller borer parasitic eggs in more than 90%. The average weight of a pine moth eggs is 17.1 yellow Trichogramma and 13.66 Trichogramma democrats. Pine wool eggs remain refrigerated after 15-36 days, does not affect the parasitism rate.
