在聚氯乙烯(PVC)中混入小分子量非含氮液晶对丁基苯甲酸对已氧基苯酯(BBH_xP),或再加入第三组分,光化学反应中的载氧剂四苯基卟啉(TPP),制成双组分或三组分复合膜,研究了复合膜的透氧、透氮行为,发现PVC/液晶复合膜的P_o,值比PVC均质膜有数量级的增长,且在液晶物质的晶态→液晶态转变温度T_(KN)附近,P_o_2~m,α_o_2~m/N_2~m发生陡变,α_o_2~m/N_2~m的变化行为与含氮液晶复合膜的行为完全不同。在PVC/液晶复合膜內加入第三组分TPP后,TPP对液晶的透气行为有控制作用。
In the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) mixed with small molecular weight non-nitrogen-containing liquid crystal p-butyl p-hydroxybenzoate (BBH_xP), or re-added to the third component, photochemical reaction oxygen carrier tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) were prepared into two or three component composite films. The oxygen and nitrogen permeability of the composite films were investigated. The P_o value of the PVC / LC composite films was found to be an order of magnitude increase over that of the PVC homogeneous films. In the vicinity of T_ (KN) of liquid crystal material, the change of P_o_2 ~ m, α_o_2 ~ m / N_2 ~ m and the change of α_o_2 ~ m / N_2 ~ m are completely different from that of the nitrogen- . After the third component TPP is added into the PVC / LCD composite film, the TPP has a control effect on the air permeability of the liquid crystal.
