《普通高中思想政治课程标准(实验)》指出:“凡是对实现课程目标有利的因素都是课程资源。课程资源的利用与开发水平同教学质量的高低密切相关,充分开发和利用思想政治课程资源,有利于思想政治课程目标的实现。”结合这一理念,笔者通过“五步二法”发掘课程资源所蕴含的内在价值,实现了课程资源开发与利用的最大化。一、“五步教法”。充分开发利用课程资源
