对用无瞬心包络法加工异形螺杆时金属切除率(MRR)的算法进行了研究,提出了一种计算金属切除率的有效方法,为应用准适应控制方法对螺杆铣床进行进一步控制,以提高表面加工质量、减少振动噪声、提高加工效率奠定了基础.
In this paper, the metal removal rate (MRR) algorithm for the processing of profiled screw rod without instantaneous envelope method is studied. An effective method for calculating the metal removal rate is proposed. The screw milling machine is further controlled by using the quasi-adaptive control method. Improve surface quality, reduce vibration and noise, improve processing efficiency and laid the foundation.
