随着信息技术的不断发展,其在政工工作中的应用也越来越普遍,而政工工作的信息化建设则逐渐成为提高党的思想政治工作有效性的重要手段。在这种背景下,广大政工干部要充分重视自身信息素养的提升与发展,积极利用先进的信息网络技术、丰富的信息资源提高思想政治工作的效果与效率。文章在阐述政工工作及信息素养基本概念的基础上,分析信息环境下提高政工干部信息素养的必要性,并提出提高政工干部信息素养的策略。
With the continuous development of information technology, its application in political work has become more and more common. However, the informatization construction of political work has gradually become an important means to improve the effectiveness of the party’s ideological and political work. Against this background, the majority of political and military cadres should pay full attention to the improvement and development of their own information literacy, make active use of advanced information network technology and abundant information resources to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of their ideological and political work. Based on the basic concepts of political work and information literacy, the article analyzes the necessity of improving the information literacy of political and military cadres under the information environment and puts forward the strategies of improving the information literacy of political cadres.
