我厂的单面焊接双面成形焊接工艺应用至今,已有十余年的历史。由于采用的是单丝焊,所以目前只限于在6~14毫米厚的板列拼板中使用,而厚度超过14毫米的板列拼接仍采用双面焊。随着船舶吨位的增加,厚板的焊接工作量所占的比重越来越大,如16000吨运煤船的底板、外板、甲板及内底板等,厚度大都超过14毫米。这种板只能采用双面焊工艺,因而生产效率较低。单丝焊除了焊接速度慢,生产效率低外,主要的是难于保证厚板单面焊接的机械性能。这就妨碍了单面焊的广泛采用。欲要改变这种状况,就必须采用多丝焊工艺。经过多年
I plant the single-sided welding two-sided forming welding process has been more than 10 years of history.
