目的:分析并评价活血化瘀药对抗菌药治疗效果的影响,为提高抗菌药的治疗效果提供依据。方法:随机抽取本院2013年10月—2014年12月1000份病历,采用excel表格进行统计,以限定日剂量(DDD)为单位,计算抗菌药的用药频度(DDDS)和抗菌药使用强度(AUD)并进行统计分析。结果:1000份病例中,由于感染使用抗菌药的病例共347份,其中联用组(抗菌药与活血化瘀药联用组)177例(51%),单用组(未使用活血化瘀药组)170例(49%)。通过t检验分析比较联用组和单用组的治疗疗程有无显著差异,结果显示肺部感染联用组与单用组比较(P<0.01)、泌尿系统感染联用组与单用组比较(P<0.01)、其他部位感染联用组与单用组比较(P<0.05),均具有统计学意义。计算并比较两组病例的有效率、治愈率、DDDS和AUD,结果显示联用组的有效率和治愈率均高于单用组,联用组的DDDS和AUD明显低于单用组。结论:活血化瘀药与抗菌药物联用能够提高抗菌药的治疗效果,在今后的临床应用中有望通过采取联用抗菌药和活血化瘀药的方式来降低抗菌药的使用强度,提高抗菌药的治疗效果。
Objective: To analyze and evaluate the effect of activating blood and removing blood stasis medicine on the treatment effect of antibacterials, and provide the basis for improving the therapeutic effect of antibacterials. Methods: A total of 1000 medical records from October 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were randomly collected and statistically analyzed by Excel. DDD and DDD were used to calculate the antimicrobial drug use intensity (DDDS) (AUD) and make statistical analysis. Results: Of the 1000 cases, 347 cases were infected with antibacterials, of which 177 cases (51%) combined with antibacterial drugs and activating blood and resolving stasis medicine group, Drug group) 170 cases (49%). The results of t-test showed that there was no significant difference in the course of treatment between the combined group and the single group. The results showed that compared with the single group (P <0.01), the combination of urinary tract infection and the single group (P <0.01). The results showed that both the effective rate and the cure rate in the combined group were higher than those in the single group. The DDDS and AUD in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the single group. Conclusion: The combination of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine and antibacterial drugs can improve the therapeutic effect of antibacterial drugs. In the future clinical application, it is expected to reduce the use intensity of antibacterials and improve the antimicrobial agents by taking the combination of antibacterial drugs and activating blood circulation and removing stasis medicine Therapeutic effect.
