胡锦涛同志在“十八大”报告中指出“以科学发展为主题,以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,是关系到我国发展全局的战略选择”。科学发展观是中国特色社会主义理论体系的最新成果,科学发展观的根本方法是统筹兼顾;科学发展观要求我们统筹兼顾经济发展和政治建设,统筹兼顾经济体制改革全面深化与社会管理体制创新。
Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out in his report on the 18th National Congress that “taking the scientific development as the theme and accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development as the main line is the strategic choice concerning the overall development of our country.” The scientific concept of development is the latest achievement of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The fundamental approach to the scientific concept of development is to take all factors into consideration. The scientific concept of development requires that we make overall plans for both economic development and political construction so as to give overall consideration to the overall deepening of the economic reform and the innovation of the social management system.
