干部健康档案是医疗机构为干部提供医疗卫生服务过程中的规范记录,是以干部个体健康为核心、贯穿整个生命过程、涵盖各种健康相关因素的系统化文档。加强干部健康档案的管理可以及时、准确地把握干部队伍的健康状况,切实为基层医疗机构卫勤保障工作提供重要参考依据。
Health records of cadres is a normative record of medical and health services provided by medical institutions to cadres. It is a systematic document covering all kinds of health-related factors throughout the life process with individual cadres at the core. Strengthening the management of cadres ’health records can timely and accurately grasp the cadres’ health status and provide an important reference for medical and health care work in grass-roots medical institutions.
