加工小孔径内花键由于拉刀细长,刀具的装夹部分极易损坏,有时甚至将拉刀折断。为此我们对拉刀夹头进行了重大改进,改进后的拉刀夹头如附图所示,其中本体3与拉床连接。使用时向左拉动外套1,其移动行程靠限位螺钉4控制,到达规定位置后,钢球5、8进入外套右部的锥孔中,这时上、下两个楔块10、12在弹簧9、11的作用下,使中间的拉刀装夹孔涨大,便可方便地装入拉刀。再向右推动外套,钢球5、8复位,楔块将拉刀楔紧(图示位置),即可进行拉削加工。在上、下楔块上分别铣有键槽,用导向螺钉6、7导向,只能作直线运动。
