隧道等线性工程穿越既有建构筑物施工是当前隧道与地下工程施工的重要课题。基于北京地铁10号线某隧道工程小距离下穿既有建筑施工的工程实例,通过采取预降水、地表隔离桩防护、旋喷桩与补偿压浆阻水,洞内密排格栅、变短台阶法为CD法,严格超前及背后注浆、单侧交错方式开挖,合理工序组织等综合技术措施确保工程顺利实施与既有建筑的正常使用,取得了良好的效果,满足了隧道施工要求与建筑沉降控制要求,值得为同类工程借鉴。
Tunneling and other linear engineering through the existing construction of the building is an important issue of the current tunnel and underground construction.
