本文报道了应用一种简便、灵敏、可靠的放射受体测定法测定人的晨尿中HCG/LH的含量。16例正常非孕妇女,可以清楚地检出月经周期的中期LH 峰,而6例无排卵的妇女则未发现中期LH 峰。对62例可疑早孕妇女及2例先兆流产、1例宫外孕妇女测定了尿中HCG,作出了准确诊断。对滋养叶细胞疾病患者(24例)及其他性腺功能障碍患者(22例)的尿中HCG,同时进行放射受体测定法和血清HCG 放免测定法测定,其结果一致。以上表明,应用这种简便的放射受体测定法测定晨尿中的HCG/LH,是有临床意义的。
This paper reports the determination of HCG / LH in human morning urine using a simple, sensitive and reliable method of radioimmunoassay. Sixteen normal non-pregnant women were able to clearly detect the mid-term LH peak of the menstrual cycle, while six of the non-ovulating women did not find the mid-term LH peak. In 62 cases of suspected early pregnancy women and 2 cases of threatened abortion, 1 case of ectopic pregnancy in women measured HCG, made an accurate diagnosis. The urinary HCG in patients with trophoblastic disease (24 patients) and other gonadal dysfunction patients (22 patients) was measured by both radioimmunoassay and serum HCG radioimmunoassay, and the results were consistent. The above shows that the use of this simple radioactive receptor determination of morning urine HCG / LH, is of clinical significance.
