随着我国高职院校教育事业的飞速发展,高职院校的学生人数也逐年水涨船高。面对新形势下严峻的就业形势,积极鼓励高职学生响应国家号召到基层就业,无论是从高职学生就业问题的解决还是从广大基层组织对人才的需求,都有着深远的社会影响。虽然有政策支持,但在实际操作中高职毕业生基层就业仍存在着诸多问题。因此,联合政府、社会和学校三方面的力量,建立一套完善的高职毕业生面向基层就业的保障体制迫在眉睫。
With the rapid development of education in higher vocational colleges in China, the number of students in higher vocational colleges has also gone up year by year. Faced with the severe employment situation in the new situation, we actively encourage higher vocational students to respond to the national call for employment at the grassroots level, both from the employment problem of higher vocational students or from the needs of the grassroots organizations at the grassroots level. They all have far-reaching social impacts. Although there are policy support, but there are still many problems in the practical operation of employment of grassroots graduates of higher vocational schools. Therefore, the coalition government, society and school three aspects of the force, to establish a complete set of vocational graduates for grass-roots employment security system is imminent.
