苹果砧木中的M_9,茎尖培养是难以发根的,若把作为植物生长激素的增效剂的根皮酚(PG)加入培养基中时,就变得容易发根。本实验就是利用难于发根的M_9和容易发根的M_(26),探讨植物激素和苯酚类物质的增效作用的。培养过程分两步,第一,是无根苗群的形成过程。用LS培养基(添加细胞动素和代替吲哚乙酸(IAA)的O胺基苯酚(BAP)以及吲哚丁酸(IBA)]将茎尖培养成无根苗群。必要时,再添
Apple rootstock M_9, shoot tip culture is difficult to root, if the plant growth hormone as a synergist of phenol (PG) when added to the medium, it becomes easy to root. In this experiment, the synergism of plant hormones and phenols was explored by using M_9 which is difficult to root and M_ (26) which is easy to root. The cultivation process is divided into two steps. The first is the formation process of rootless seedlings.
