随着生活质量的提高,人们对于食品的需求不再仅仅满足于数量上的温饱,质量上的安全和营养已成为新时期人们对于食品需求的新标准。近年来食品安全事件的频繁发生加速了我国食品安全信息追溯制度的建设,生产环节是食品问题产生的重要环节,需要法律设置更多的制度安排,特别是应尽快出台一些具有可操作性的规范性文件。文章就食品生产环节信息追溯的法律问题展开探讨,从法律法规、质量标准体系完善、食品信息标识管理以及生产管理责任的控制等方面提出建议。
With the improvement of the quality of life, the demand for food is no longer satisfied with the quantity and adequate food. Quality safety and nutrition have become the new standards for food demand in the new era. In recent years, the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents has accelerated the construction of China’s food safety information retrospective system. Production is an important link in the food issue and requires more institutional arrangements by law. This article discusses the legal issues of traceability of information in the process of food production, and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of laws and regulations, the improvement of quality standard system, the management of food information labeling and the control of production management.
