随着健康意识的不断提高,“餐桌上的安全”成为各方密切关注的重要民生议题。保障食品质量安全也成为考验企业质量管理能力、政府监管水平,以及城市管理者能力的重要指标。第二届中国质量(上海)大会上,史密斯菲尔德食品国际集团公司全球事务副总裁迈克尔·斯克希尔以“提升质量文化:史密斯菲尔德在中美市场的经验分享”为题,与我们分享了史密斯菲尔德在食品安全方面的理念和宝贵经验。本文根据他的演讲速记整理而成。
With the continuous improvement of health awareness, “tabletop security” has become an important livelihood issue to which all parties pay close attention.
