2000年医疗环境的预测众所周知,日本人口的老龄化与世界各国一样正在剧增。设想2000年的医疗环境,人口老龄化患者需要良好的医疗,随着医疗服务的改善,新技术的不断开发将带来医药市场的变化,从而促使医疗费用的增加。另一方面,人口的老龄化产生了老龄化患者,从而使病人结构发生了变化,预计1.3亿人中就有3440万老龄患者(其中1580万患者是65岁以上的,占45%)。老年疾病在医疗中比较特殊,大多数是难以根治的慢性疾病,需要长期的对症治疗。随着公众健康意识的不断提高,老年患者早期预防治疗相当重要,推动了预防医疗的开展,因治疗和预防是医疗体制中的一个整体。
Prediction of the medical environment in 2000 As we all know, the aging of the Japanese population is as rapid as that of other countries in the world. Imagine the medical environment in 2000, the population of aging patients need good medical treatment, with the improvement of medical services, the continuous development of new technologies will bring changes in the pharmaceutical market, thereby contributing to the increase in medical costs. On the other hand, the aging population has created an aging population that has changed the structure of the patient. An estimated 34 million elderly patients (of whom 15.8 million are over the age of 65, 45%) are estimated to be 130 million. Elderly diseases are rather special in medicine, and most are chronic diseases that are difficult to cure. They require long-term symptomatic treatment. With the rising public awareness of health, early prevention and treatment of elderly patients is very important to promote preventive medicine, because the treatment and prevention of the medical system as a whole.
