目的 探讨葡萄膜炎并发白内障人工晶状体植入的手术时机、方法和疗效。方法 对 36例 (38眼 )葡萄膜炎并发白内障囊外摘出的同时植入后房型人工晶状体。平均随访 18月 (16～ 30月 )。结果 78 9%的患者术后矫正视力达 0 5以上 ,术后并发症包括晶状体后囊浑浊与虹膜后粘连。结论 对葡萄膜炎并发白内障囊外摘出联合后房型人工晶状体植入术是可行的。但应有选择地进行 ,以减少手术并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the operation timing, method and efficacy of uveitis complicated cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Methods Thirty - six cases (38 eyes) of uveitis complicated with extracapsular cataract extraction were implanted with posterior chamber intraocular lens. The average follow-up 18 months (16 ~ 30 months). Results Eighty-nine percent of patients had postoperative corrected visual acuity of more than 0.05. Postoperative complications included posterior capsular opacification and posterior iridial adhesion. Conclusions Uveitis combined with extracapsular cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation is feasible. But should be carried out selectively to reduce the incidence of surgical complications.
