结合相关研究成果,提出荷兰战略性新兴产业发展的空间逻辑,认为新兴产业空间布局是区域条件因素和机会窗口理论的结合。根据我国不同地区区域发展条件的不同,提出了相关政策建议:抓住战略性新兴产业发展的机遇窗口,抢占发展优先权;加强区域条件要素培育和发展,营造有利于战略性新兴产业发展的环境;加强战略性新兴产业发展的整体规划,形成合理的空间布局。
Combining the related research results, this paper puts forward the spatial logic of the development of strategic emerging industries in the Netherlands. It considers that the spatial distribution of emerging industries is a combination of regional conditions and the theory of opportunity window. According to the different regional development conditions in different regions of our country, some policy suggestions are put forward: grasping the window of opportunity for the development of strategic emerging industries and seizing the development priority; strengthening the cultivation and development of regional conditions and building an environment conducive to the development of strategic emerging industries ; Strengthen the overall planning of the development of strategic emerging industries and form a rational spatial layout.
